Who we are

This website, energydriven.me, is operated by Energy Driven Systems ("EDS", "we"), an engineering company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at eelke@energydriven.me .

What we collect, and why

The contact form. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name you choose to give (optional), your email address, and your message. We use them for one purpose: replying to you and following up on your inquiry. Sending the form is entirely voluntary. Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Performance measurement. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast the site loads. It is cookieless, collects aggregated performance metrics only, and does not track you across other sites. Spam protection. The contact form is protected by hCaptcha (operated by Intuition Machines, Inc.). Its script loads only when you open the contact form — never during normal browsing — and is used solely to distinguish people from bots. hCaptcha's own privacy policy is at hcaptcha.com/privacy .

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising, ad trackers, or marketing pixels. We do not build visitor profiles or track you across other websites. We do not add you to any mailing list — writing to us starts a conversation, nothing more. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font-CDN request leaves this site.

Who processes data on our behalf

Three service providers touch data described above: Vercel (hosting and performance metrics), Web3Forms (delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox), and hCaptcha (spam protection on the form). Each processes data only to provide its service. These providers may process data on servers outside the UAE; where they do, they apply their own published safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages arrive in our email inbox. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the inquiry or to a business relationship that follows from it, and delete it when it no longer is. Hosting logs and performance metrics are retained by Vercel for its standard, limited periods.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants further rights — such as the UAE under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, or the EU/UK under the GDPR — we will honor those rights as they apply. Children

This site is aimed at professional audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If the site starts collecting something new, this policy will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change. Significant changes will be noted here.
