What this site is

The site presents our company and engineering capabilities for information purposes. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your specific situation. Actual engineering engagements are agreed in separate written contracts, and those contracts — not these terms — govern any work we do for a client. No products or services are sold, and no payments are taken, through this website.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact us through it. You may not use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content; attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; or scrape it at volumes that burden the service.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, imagery, renders, video, and the EDS name, logo, and waveform mark — belongs to EDS and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners; they appear solely to identify companies we have worked with, and their appearance does not imply endorsement of this site by those companies.

Third-party links

The site links to external services such as LinkedIn and our client service portal. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep its content accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that either will always be the case. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDS is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes relating to this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
